We require at least 12 hours’ notice for cancellations or schedule changes. Missed appointments, no-shows, or cancellations made with less than 12 hours’ notice may be subject to a $15 missed appointment / late cancellation fee.
Patients arriving more than 10 minutes late may need to be rescheduled.

Dr. Damien Sampson, D.C. is a licensed chiropractor and founder of Vital Roots Chiropractic in Wentzville, Missouri. He earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Logan University and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences from Eastern Illinois University.
